easy access to bolzano's attractions and public transport options
enjoying my stay was easy with the friendly staff and my room being huge and comfy. It was just a short stroll away from the fascinating South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology and the beautiful Via Claudia Augusta, both perfect for exploring during my city walks.

The spa area boasts an impressive array of amenities, ideal for winding down after a long day. Also, the location is conveniently set for easy access to popular attractions like the Dolomites, making it easy for exploration.
Noise from the surrounding area may disrupt your peace in the early hours. Facilities show signs of wear, including squeaky door hinges and bathrooms that appeared unkempt. The restaurant service is inconsistent. during my dining experience, the food took too long, and some orders got mixed up. Additionally, I encountered poor water pressure in the shower, which the hotel acknowledged as a systemic issue but could not resolve during my stay.

The best and worst parts
Comfortable rooftop pool and breakfast impressed me, with fresh juices and a chef-station creating a lively morning vibe!
Unfortunately, reception wait can feel disorganized. it detracts from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Great hotel for families
The breakfast was really good, a variety of choices. We loved how spacious the room was with a comfy bed and we could relax after a long day.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still tolerable.

The Executive King Room on the fourth floor offered a perfect layout for our family, with enough space and a lovely corner angle. Breakfast had an impressive selection that really stood out, making mornings a highlight. We spent time at the pool and spa, which provided great comfort and wonderful views, though a larger hot tub would be a nice addition. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist us, especially with managing our baby. On the downside, the hotel's location in a noisy industrial area did detract from the experience at times. Meals in the restaurant were hit or miss. we experienced poor service where items were forgotten and the food quality was inconsistent. One evening was particularly troublesome with loud, disruptive guests, making the atmosphere feel less inviting. Parking can also be tricky. while there’s limited garage space, free street parking is available if arranged in advance.

The hotel is conveniently located near the autostrada, making it easy to access the Dolomites and nearby attractions. The modern and spacious rooms provided ample space for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, offering both relaxation and fun for the kids during our stay.
The hotel's location can be a bit tricky for parking, especially in busy periods.

This place was just an appropriate option for a weekend jaunt in Bolzano with excellent value for money. The in-room tea kettle was a handy feature, but make sure to rinse it out well before use, as mine had a weird taste. Consider parking on the street to save on fees.
